PackMat uses customer information only to support daily packing operations, customer tally visibility, and service-related communication.

Information We Collect

We may collect a customer’s name, rig details, optional phone number, optional email address, pack-job history, and session notes entered by the packer.

How We Use It

This information is used to manage active packing sessions, show customers their live tally link, generate closeout invoices, and, when requested, send service-related tracker text messages.

SMS Privacy

Mobile numbers are used only for service-related text updates connected to the customer’s active packing session. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Data Sharing

We use service providers needed to operate the application, including hosting and messaging providers. We do not sell personal information.
